Detent Witness will be a paid add-on, priced when it ships. Base runs on your machine and is yours to keep. Witness holds your limits off it, on a server the 2am version of you can’t reach, and keeps a weekly record of whether you held the line. Not built yet, and never required — everything the local enforcement engine does, Base already does on your machine.
