Legal — license, terms & privacy
In plain words. Last updated July 25, 2026. Each document below carries its own version stamp; the version in force when you buy is the version that governs your copy.
What we hold, and what we never see
The short version. Your trading stays on your machine. Your trades, positions, journal, audit log, broker credentials, and settings are never sent to us, and we have no way to see your account. What we hold is what you hand us: your email if you join the waitlist, your purchase and license details if you buy, and — once the app's license check ships — which devices your license runs on. We don't sell your data and we run no advertising trackers.
1. Who we are
Detent is software published by Detent Software LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].
2. The desktop app — what stays on your machine
The app runs on your own device. It connects to your broker with your own credentials, held in the app's memory only: never written to disk, never stored in the registry, never sent to us, and cleared when you disconnect. Your credentials are transmitted to your broker's own API when you log in — the connection you asked the app to make — and to no one else.
Everything the app records about your trading is stored locally: trade history, positions, journal notes, mood and tag annotations, the enforcement tape, the news cache, and the app log. We receive none of it. We cannot see your account, your balance, your positions, or your activity.
One third-party fetch. To flag scheduled economic news, the app downloads a public economic calendar from a third-party feed. That request carries no information about you or your trading beyond the ordinary fact of the request, including your IP address as with any web request. It is cached locally.
Uninstalling does not delete your data. Your trading data, tape files, logs, and configuration live in your operating system's user-data folder, deliberately outside the program folder, so an uninstall or reinstall does not destroy your records. To remove them you must delete that folder yourself.
Crash reports stay on your device unless you send them. A crash report is saved locally and never transmitted automatically — the app opens the folder so you can decide. Before saving, it strips your broker credentials: any API key, username, password, token, or secret is removed, and your journal review section is dropped entirely. You should know what it does contain: up to seven session-days of your enforcement tape, your recent in-app actions, a status snapshot including open positions, the last 64 KB of the app log, your app and engine versions, your operating system, and your rule configuration with secrets removed. If you send one to us, you are sending all of that. Read it first — it is plain JSON.
License verification — not built yet. The app does not currently contact any Detent server. When license verification ships, it will contact our licensing service to confirm your license is valid and enforce the limit on how many devices one license runs on. That check will carry your license key, an identifier your device generates, and a device name. It will never carry your credentials, positions, trades, or any other trading data. We will update this policy and its version stamp before that check goes live.
3. The website — what we collect
Waitlist. We store the email you enter, a US phone number if you give one, whether you consented to a text and when, your signup time, the site that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you clicked, and a country code Cloudflare derives from your IP address. Give both an email and a phone and we store both on one record. We also hold your IP address for sixty seconds, purely to rate-limit the form.
Bot check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Verifying the token sends Cloudflare a challenge token and your IP address. Turnstile does not track you across sites.
Discord. If you link Discord to claim a waitlist role, Discord tells us your Discord user ID and the email on your Discord account. We check that email against the waitlist, write a single flag — waitlist yes or no — back to your Discord account as role-connection metadata, and grant the role. A ten-minute cookie named dc_state protects that sign-in from forgery. It is the only cookie this site sets.
Hosting and analytics. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP address under its own terms, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page and visit counts.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google's font service, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
Calculator. It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or anyone else. It does save your inputs — including any per-trade data you upload — in your browser's local storage so the page remembers them. The clear button on the page erases it.
Attribution. If you arrive through a tagged link, your browser stores the referring source and campaign locally so we can credit the right channel if you sign up. It never leaves your browser until you submit a form.
4. Buying Detent, and your account
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your name, email, and payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. Detent Software LLC is the seller of record. We never see or store your card number.
When you buy we keep a purchase and license record: your email, your license key, the tier, the processor, the order reference, and the issue date, held in Cloudflare's database and key-value storage. Once the app's license check ships, we will also hold, per device, the identifier your machine generates, the device name, and first and last check-in times.
Signing in. The account area uses email codes instead of passwords. We email a six-digit number and store a hashed copy — never the code itself — with its expiry and attempt count. Signing in gives your browser a session token valid for thirty days, stored in your browser's local storage. Signing out invalidates it.
Email. We use Resend to send your license key, your sign-in codes, and product updates. Those messages pass your email address, and in a license email your license key, through Resend.
Who else touches your data. Cloudflare (hosting, bot check, analytics, and the databases holding waitlist and license records), Stripe (payment), Resend (email), Discord (only if you link an account), and Google (fonts). No one else.
5. What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling. Most of all, there is nothing to profile: your trading data never reaches us in the first place.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries — until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist after launch.
- Purchase and license records — as long as your license exists, plus the period tax and accounting law requires.
- Sign-in codes — ten minutes; deleted when you use one.
- Device records — as long as the license exists, unless you remove the device from your account.
- Rate-limit and sign-in cookies — sixty seconds and ten minutes.
- Acceptance records — when purchasing opens, we keep which document versions you accepted, with the time and order reference, for at least three years or one year after your license ends, whichever is longer. We keep these deliberately: they are the proof of what you agreed to, and they protect you as much as us. They are excluded from deletion on request for that period.
Beyond those periods, and beyond what the law requires us to keep, we delete what you ask us to delete.
7. Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will tell you what we removed and what we had to keep, and why. Because the app keeps your trading data on your own device you control that directly — but note that uninstalling does not remove it; see section 2. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to appeal if we refuse. The same address handles all of it.
8. Security and incidents
We hold your data on Cloudflare's platform, we store sign-in codes only as hashes, and we keep the number of places your data lives deliberately small. No system is perfectly secure and we don't claim ours is. If we determine that a breach has exposed your personal data, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and within the time the law requires, and tell you what was exposed and what we did about it.
9. Children
Detent is for adults trading their own funded accounts. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
10. Where we sell
Detent is sold to buyers in the United States. We do not offer it for sale in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland.
11. Changes; contact
If we change this policy we update the version stamp above and post the new version here. A change affecting data we already hold gets an email to the address on file, where we have one. Questions: [email protected]. Governed by Texas law; exclusive venue in Texas.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give a phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive one text message from Detent when early access opens. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. We never send texts without that checked box, and we don't send anything today — the number is stored until launch.
Source-available, personal use
0. Who this agreement is with; defined terms
"Detent" means Detent Software LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "The Software" means the Detent application and its source code. "Detent Offerings" means the Software together with any Detent-operated service, including Detent Witness. "Entry" means an order that opens or increases a position. "Exit" means an order that closes or reduces a position, or places or amends a protective stop. Where this License says the Software "acts," it means the Software transmits Exit orders through your local instance, per rules you configured in advance; the Software never transmits an Entry.
1. What you are licensing
The Software is licensed, not sold. Your one-time payment buys a license to use the Software — not ownership of any copy. You receive access to the source code and run the Software yourself, on your own machine, against your own broker account and credentials. The Software is not a service and not a managed platform, and Detent does not hold your credentials, funds, positions, or trading data.
2. Grant — you may
Subject to your compliance with this License, Detent grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license, revocable only as provided in Section 9, to:
- Install and run the Software for your own individual trading, on your own device(s). "Your own individual trading" means trading, by you personally, of accounts held in your own name — including funded or evaluation accounts you personally trade — and not operating the Software for, on behalf of, or against the account of any other person or entity, or as a service to, or for compensation from, any third party. One natural person per license.
- Read, modify, reverse-engineer, and adapt the source for the sole purpose of adapting the Software to your own trading. Editing the Software for your own use is expressly permitted — it is the intended use.
3. Restrictions — you may not
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software, your license, or your license key to anyone. Your license key is personal and single-seat; sharing, publishing, or selling it is a breach of this License;
- Redistribute, publish, post publicly, share, or mirror the source or any derivative of it — including patches, diffs, configuration files, extracted rule constants or thresholds, or any description sufficient to reproduce the Software's functionality;
- Ship, sell, or operate a product or service built from or substantially based on the Software, or use knowledge derived from studying the source to design, specify, or build software with substantially overlapping functionality, for or to any third party. The Software's rule logic, constants, and thresholds are Detent's confidential information;
- Operate the Software unattended. The Software is licensed for attended use only: you must be personally supervising it while it is running against a live account.
(Edit it for yourself: fine. Pass it on, or build on it for anyone else, in any form: not permitted.)
Third-party components. The restrictions in this Section apply only to Detent's own code. The Software is distributed with third-party components licensed under their own terms, listed in the third-party notices included with your download. Nothing in this Section restricts your rights under those terms, and where a third-party license conflicts with this Section, the third-party license controls as to that component.
4. Ownership; your modifications; trademarks
Detent and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software and its intellectual property, excluding the third-party components identified in the third-party notices included with your download, which Detent does not own and which remain the property of their respective owners. This License grants only the rights expressly stated; no ownership of any copy transfers to you.
You retain ownership of your own original modifications, which remain subject to the restrictions in Section 3. If you submit a modification or fix to Detent, you grant Detent a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license under all copyright and patent rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it in the Software, and you represent that you are the sole author of the submission and that it is not subject to any third-party license or employer claim. Detent has no obligation to use any submission.
This License grants no rights to Detent's names, logos, or marks; a modified copy must not be represented to any third party as Detent.
5. Modified copies — sole risk
The Software may be edited by you. Any modification is at your sole risk. No warranty or liability of any kind attaches to modified versions of the Software, and you are solely responsible for the behavior and outcomes of any changes you make. The Software records its release version and integrity hash in the local audit log; a log entry showing a release hash that does not match an official Detent release is evidence of modification.
6. Your broker, your credentials, your compliance; what the Software is
You run the Software on your own device with your own broker/prop-firm credentials, which never leave your device and are never transmitted to Detent. The Software is a local client you operate: your credentials are used only by software running on your own device, under your own control, and Detent has no ability to access your account. You are responsible for complying with your broker's and prop firm's terms — including any rules on automated, attended, or third-party-tool trading, and any device or hosting restrictions.
The Software contains no trading system, model, or signal logic of Detent's. It issues no buy or sell signals, price targets, or opinions on any market. Every rule, level, and threshold it enforces is authored or expressly confirmed by you before it takes effect. All actions are the mechanical execution of your own pre-authorized instructions by software running on your machine; Detent (the company) is never authorized to cause any transaction, holds no authority or access over any account, and cannot reach any account. The Software transmits Exit orders only, through your local instance — no order ever passes through any system Detent operates. Detent is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or introducing broker, and does not solicit, accept, handle, or transmit orders or customer funds. The purchase price buys software, not advice.
7. As-is; no warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. No statement in these documents, on Detent's website, or in any Detent communication is a warranty or promise that the Software will act, act correctly, or act in time in any specific situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither Detent nor its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, or licensors (together, the "Detent Parties") will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to the Detent Offerings; (b) without limiting the foregoing, the Detent Parties have no liability of any kind for trading losses, missed, rejected, unfilled, or adversely filled orders, account drawdowns or terminations, or evaluation outcomes, whether characterized as direct, indirect, or consequential damages; and (c) the aggregate, cumulative liability of the Detent Parties for all claims combined will not exceed the greater of (i) the total amounts you paid Detent in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (ii) the amount you paid for your license.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability — contract, warranty, tort (including the Detent Parties' own negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — and even if Detent was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Section limits liability for a Detent Party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited by contract. Each limitation in this Section is independent of the others and survives even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. The price of the Software reflects this allocation of risk; Detent would not offer the Software at this price without it.
9. Termination
This License terminates only: (a) automatically upon your material breach of it (including Section 3); (b) upon a refund under the Terms of Sale; or (c) upon a purchase that is successfully disputed with your payment provider. On termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies, including modified copies, and you lose the right to further downloads, updates, and any Detent-operated service. Termination or revocation never disables, degrades, or remotely alters an installed copy of the Software, and Detent has no technical means to do so — it ends only future downloads, updates, and services. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive any termination, revocation, or refund, and retained copies remain subject to Section 3 in perpetuity.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Detent Parties from any third-party claim — including any claim by your broker or prop firm — arising from your trading, your use or modification of the Software, your violation of your broker's or prop firm's terms, or your breach of this License.
This indemnity applies even if the claim is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any Detent Party. It does not apply to a Detent Party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
11. Disputes; governing law; venue
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only; you and Detent each waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Any claim arising out of the Detent Offerings or these terms must be brought within two (2) years after it accrues, or it is permanently barred. Detent may seek injunctive relief for any breach of Section 3.
12. General
If any provision of this License is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in full effect. This License, the Terms of Sale, and the Risk Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and Detent regarding the Software and supersede all prior statements, marketing materials, and communications, which are not representations or warranties. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement and to hold the brokerage or evaluation account you use with the Software. You may not assign this agreement; Detent may assign it in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. No third party (including any broker or prop firm) has any rights under it. You represent you are not located in an embargoed country or on any US restricted-party list and will comply with US export and sanctions laws.
Amendments: the License version you accept at purchase governs your copy. Detent may publish updated versions; material changes apply to you only after notice by email to the address on your order and your renewed affirmative acceptance, and never retroactively. Notices to Detent: [email protected].
One-time purchase
"Detent" means Detent Software LLC, a Texas limited liability company, the seller of record. "The Software" and other defined terms have the meanings given in the Detent Software License.
1. The product
The base Detent license is a one-time purchase of a license to source-available, personal-use software — licensed, not sold; no ownership of any copy transfers (see the License). The base license has no subscription and no recurring charge. The optional Detent Witness service is a separate subscription, offered monthly or annually, governed by its own Witness Terms, presented and accepted separately. Witness is not sold yet and its terms are not yet published; no Witness charge will be made before they are. Your use of the Software is governed by the Detent Software License and the Risk Disclaimer.
2. Order, payment, and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe; Detent, not Stripe, is the seller of record. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. After payment you receive, by email, a license key and a download of the then-current version of the Software. Delivery is digital and normally completes within one hour; contact [email protected] if it does not, and Detent will re-send your key and download link. If Detent cannot deliver at all, you receive a full refund regardless of the 7-day window in Section 4. Your license key is personal, non-transferable, and single-seat; lost keys are reissued to the purchase email. Sharing, publishing, or reselling a key is a breach of the License.
3. License acceptance at point of sale
Detent is not selling yet. When purchasing opens, checkout will require you to affirmatively accept — by checking an unchecked box presented before payment, with links to the full text of each — the Detent Software License, these Terms of Sale, and the Risk Disclaimer, and Detent will record the document versions you accepted with a timestamp and order ID and email you the accepted text with your license key. Until that mechanism is live, no purchase is possible and nothing on this page has been accepted by anyone.
By accepting you will confirm you understand the Software enforces the rules you set — it never places Entries, does not produce returns, and does not guarantee any trading or evaluation outcome.
4. Refunds
Detent offers a 7-day refund: request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. A refund terminates your License and your access to downloads, updates, and any Detent-operated service, and you must confirm in writing that you have deleted all copies of the Software; running a copy after a refund is unlicensed use and a breach of the License. Refunds outside the 7-day window are not available except where required by law or as provided in Section 2. If a charge looks wrong, contact [email protected] first — Detent responds to billing questions within 3 business days. A refunded or successfully disputed purchase ends your entitlement to downloads, updates, and any Detent-operated service.
5. Updates
Updates, if any are released, are provided at Detent's discretion to active licenses (purchased, not refunded, not terminated) via download; you choose when to apply them. No specific update cadence or future update is promised.
6. No professional advice; no guarantee
Detent is built to enforce the risk and discipline limits you set. Whether and how much that changes your results depends on your rules, your broker, and your trading; the Software does not produce returns and does not guarantee you pass an evaluation, keep a funded account, or avoid losses. Nothing sold is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. As-is; liability; law
The Software is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Detent Parties' aggregate, cumulative liability for all claims combined will not exceed the greater of (i) the total amounts you paid Detent in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (ii) the amount you paid for your license, as stated in Section 8 of the License, which governs.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability — contract, warranty, tort (including the Detent Parties' own negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — and even if Detent was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing here limits liability for a Detent Party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited by contract.
Governed by Texas law, exclusive venue in Texas; disputes are individual-only per Section 11 of the License. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in full effect. If these Terms conflict with the License, the License controls. Contact: [email protected].
Read before purchase or use
"Detent" means Detent Software LLC, a Texas limited liability company; "the Software" means the Detent application. "Entry" and "Exit" have the meanings given in the Software License: an Entry opens or increases a position; an Exit closes or reduces one, or places or amends a protective stop.
No advice; no solicitation
Detent is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or introducing broker, and provides no personalized recommendations. The Software issues no buy or sell signals, price targets, or opinions on any market; every rule, level, and threshold it enforces is authored or expressly confirmed by you. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no fiduciary relationship is formed. Your trading decisions are your own.
Trading risk
Trading futures and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Futures are leveraged; you can lose all of your capital, and you can lose more than your initial investment or account balance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
What the Software is — and is not
The Software is designed to enforce the risk and discipline rules you set (for example: a daily loss limit, maximum size, session window, cooldowns, no naked entries). It runs locally on your device, and it is licensed for attended use — you must supervise it while it runs. It is designed to attempt risk-reducing Exit actions (tighten a stop, lock in profit, close a position, or, where you place orders through your local instance, reject an order that breaks a rule you set). It never transmits an Entry. It executes only the Exit instructions you yourself pre-configured; no order ever passes through any system Detent operates. It does not produce returns and does not guarantee you avoid losses, keep a funded account, or pass any evaluation.
Enforcement itself has cost
Any enforcement action can itself cause, increase, or crystallize a loss: a closed position may have recovered; a tightened stop may fill at a worse price than expected (slippage); a rejected or blocked order may have been profitable or may prevent an exit you intended; a forced close executes at whatever price the market gives. By running the Software you authorize every enforcement action taken under the rules you configured and accept its market outcome, whether or not the action was correct, timely, or beneficial in hindsight. Missed fills, missed profits, and adverse fills resulting from enforcement are your risk alone.
It only works while running and connected
The Software can only act while it is running and connected to your broker. On a disconnect or crash it cannot enforce; it is designed to rely on your broker's own protective (native) stop — a real order held by your broker, under your broker's terms — and to attempt to reconcile your positions when it reconnects. No reconciliation or enforcement across a dead connection is promised. Your broker's native stop is your actual protection; maintain it.
Software failure modes; modified copies
As with any software, the Software may fail to act, act incorrectly, act late, disconnect, or contain bugs. It is provided AS IS with no warranty. It ships as source you may edit — any modification is at your sole risk, and no warranty or liability attaches to modified versions. You own the outcome of your edits.
Your broker and credentials
You run the Software on your own device with your own broker/prop-firm credentials, which never leave your device and are never transmitted to Detent. You are responsible for complying with your broker's and prop firm's terms, including rules on automation, attended trading, third-party tools, and permitted devices/hosting.
Program-rule risk — your account can be lost for using this
Funded-trader programs and brokers restrict automation, API use, and third-party tools; they differ from one another, they distinguish between evaluation and live funded stages, and they change their rules without notice and at their sole discretion. Running the Software may violate your program's terms.
If it does, you can lose your account, your evaluation, and any accrued or unpaid profits, with no recourse against your program or against Detent. Confirm your program's current rules for the account stage you are trading before you use the Software, and re-confirm when they change. This risk is yours alone.
No affiliation
Detent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any futures broker, clearing firm, trading platform, or funded-trader program. All names and marks referenced anywhere on this site or in Detent's software belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Privacy
The Software runs locally; your trading data, credentials, and audit log stay on your device and are never sent to Detent. Website and waitlist data handling is covered in the Waitlist & privacy section of this page. A purchaser-facing privacy policy covering account, licensing, and purchase data will be published here before purchasing opens.
As-is; liability; indemnity; law
The Software and site are provided as is and as available with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Detent Parties disclaim liability for damages arising from your use — regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, warranty, tort (including the Detent Parties' own negligence), and strict liability. Your liability cap is stated in Section 8 of the License and your indemnification obligations in Section 10 of the License.
Nothing here limits liability for a Detent Party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. You are responsible for your own due diligence. If any provision of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder stays in full effect.
Governed by Texas law; exclusive venue in Texas; disputes individual-only per Section 11 of the License. Questions: [email protected].
Using this site
Separate from the software license above — this section governs detentapp.com itself (its text, design, the proof statistics, the calculator, and any signed-in account area or sign-in flow offered on the site), not the downloaded app.
Ownership
Site content — text, design, layout, the frozen proof statistics, and the calculator's code — is owned by Detent (or licensed to it). Using the site in a standard browser doesn't transfer any ownership or license to that content.
What you may not do
Without prior written permission: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract site content beyond ordinary search-engine/AI-answer-engine crawling (our robots.txt permits normal crawling — that isn't a license to republish); republish or mirror site text, statistics, or design as your own or as though Detent-endorsed; misrepresent the proof statistics or calculator output as something other than what the site states; interfere with, probe, or overload site infrastructure, including the waitlist and account APIs, or attempt to bypass any access control; or use site content to train a model or build a competing product. Reasonable, individual, attributed quotation and normal search indexing are not restricted.
Security researchers: good-faith testing conducted under Detent's published vulnerability-disclosure policy is authorized and is not a breach of these terms. Report what you find to [email protected].
As-is; changes; law
The site is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE; statistics and the calculator are illustrative — see the risk disclaimer above for what they do and don't represent. Detent may modify the site or these terms at any time; changes apply prospectively only, take effect when posted with an updated version stamp, and never alter the License or Terms of Sale you accepted at purchase. Governed by Texas law; exclusive venue in Texas. Questions or takedown requests: [email protected].
